Every mommy has the moment where, for the first time, she understands how quickly things can go from “Kiss & all better” to “Let’s go to visit the ER again”.
Today was one of those days.
Thankfully we’re all OK, just a sliced finger where no band aid is able to stay put so mommy, being the clever mommy she is, decided to tape a sock over his hand in oder to ensure the band aid is not removed mid-night.
